We spoke with Layla Alamri, Account Manager at Retaam Company, about the future of robotics, integration of educational robots, and the company’s cooperation with Promobot.

Please tell us more about you and Retaam company
Me, Layla Alamri, Account manager at Retaam company. I am responsible for public relations with the client and also for all the sales tasks for the procurement department. Our company is a Saudi company founded in 2014. We are providing communication and technology solutions, also the smart AI solution and cybersecurity. We also have the ISO certificate. We provide many solutions, like security solution, smart solution for the artificial intelligence, like robotics, drones, BMS, and home automation. And also we have some solutions for customer engagement, for screens, digital signage, IP telephony. We have a lot of solutions for communication and technology intelligence. This is just an overview for my company.
Thank you so much. You mentioned that you’re doing business with robotics. Could you please tell me more about it?
Yeah, we have three sectors for robotics. We provide robotics for welcoming events, for education in schools and universities, and also for medical solutions, like the robot as a nursing robot for checkup for the patient, the first checkup, and the robot for guiding people. There are many companies here that use it for events.
