Promobot, a manufacturer of autonomous service robots, has announced the development of a platform for creating guard bots – Promobot Nested Chat.

It is an intelligent conversational AI platform using machine learning technologies. The platform is designed specifically for improving user interaction and answering user questions on various websites, as well as classifying incoming messages.

One of the first chatbots to be built on the platform was a digital robot guard. The main tasks of the bot include determining the context of incoming messages in the mail and messengers, answering clarifying questions, filtering and distributing incoming emails and messages, etc. An important feature of the bot is that it is able to contact users first, which gives it much greater sales potential. In addition, the bot can communicate in several languages.

Since 2015, we have been developing dialogue systems and human-robot communication tools. In the course of our work, we often received requests from banks, major retailers, government organizations and small businesses to use our development on their online resources to communicate with users. Now, we have finally prepared this solution for use and are actively bringing it to market today. At the moment, some telecom operators are planning to use the solution, as well as several banks — says Oleg Kivokurtsev, CBDO of Promobot.

According to the developers, one of the key issues in creating the product was the ability to connect various peripherals and channels to the system. Thanks to the developed API, the solution allows other applications to interact and exchange data with the dialogue system. Integration with cloud-based systems and popular messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram), smart speakers (Amazon Echo, Google Nest Mini) and CRM systems is available, making the product available for mass use.

Promobot was founded in 2015. Today Promobot is the largest manufacturer of service robots in Europe. There are promobots in 43 countries, working as administrators, promoters, consultants, guides and concierges. They replace and support humans. Promobots can already be found in Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, the National Bank of Oman, a network of clinics in Kuwait, schools in Saudi Arabia and the Abu Dhabi police.
