Promobot has entered into an agreement to supply service robots with the Mexican company Dinero Operado. The first robot has started work in Mexico, and if the tests are positive, other robots could travel to the North American nation’s capital.
Dinero Operado is a Mexican event operator, running promotions, events and marketing activities, providing staff to accompany the events and organizing the work of promoters.
“The pandemic year was a big challenge for our business. All plans were revised, we had to find new solutions to advance the company. We started our online service. However, our main expertise is still focusing on offline events, in producing robo-promoters. 2021 gave us some opportunities, but COVID restrictions are still actual. We introduced new technologies in order to keep the company working. New promobots were a good solution. It gave us the opportunity to make events on almost pre-pandemic level. We have a lot of plans in this area, it can boost our business to the next level, — says Darwin Cortez, Dinero Operado representative.
The first robot is already working at the company’s events, as well as at promotions in shopping malls in the Mexican capital. If the offline events market continues to recover, 10 more Promobot robots could travel to Mexico by the end of 2023.
